This section, Understanding Students’ and Other Stakeholders’ Needs examines how Ridgewater College works actively to understand student and other stakeholder needs. It begins by identifying its major student and stakeholder groups.

Much of this section focuses on the students, in particular, and their needs. It discusses the venues through which students have opportunities, directly and indirectly, regarding their needs and concerns. It discusses results of student satisfaction surveys. Finally, this section addresses ways that the College can improve processes and systems for understanding its students' and other stakeholders' needs.
